Safe Sender

Matrix Medical Network is a trusted and safe email sender.

You may receive email from Matrix if you or your health plan provided your address in order to receive communications about available care or appointment notifications.  We do not sell or share your email address with anyone.  All email communications provide a link to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, if you choose.

Emails often accidentally go to your spam or junk folder, even when you sign up for them.  If an email from Matrix ends up in your “spam,” “bulk,” or “junk” folder, you can click the button “Not Spam,” or “Not Junk” to notify your email provider that we are an approved sender.

Please add Matrix to your address book.

Follow instruction below for your email provider so you can receive communications from our email addresses: visit@matrixmedicalnetwork.info, reminders@matrixmedicalnetwork.info and planmyvisit@matrixmedicalnetwork.info to your address book.

Gmail
Open the email; click on the ‘More Options’ menu. Select ‘Add to Contacts List’ in the menu. You will see a confirmation message indicating that the sender has been added to your contacts. Yahoo!
Open the email; click on the From address. Click the “More” link in the menu and select “Add to Contacts” and click ‘Save.’ Outlook
Open the email, right-click on the From address, and Click ‘Add to Outlook Contacts.’ Click ‘Save and Close.’ AOL
Open the email; click on the From address. A toolbar will appear. Click ‘Add Contact.’ Apple Mail
Open the email, click on the From address, you can choose to “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIPs.” VIP contacts will be added to a special VIP mailbox in iOS Mail. Android Mail
Open the email; touch the picture of the sender. Tap “Add to Contacts.” Other
Instructions from other providers are typically within “Help” or “Support.”  Common steps include: open the email; click on the From address. Select an option such as “Add to Contacts” and click ‘Save.’
